Liz’s ‘Why’
With an enthusiasm for all things systems, Liz started her career working in human resources, quality and compliance. Through her work, she saw that ‘methodology matters’, and that an organisation’s methodology underpins client and staff experiences, brand awareness, reputation and growth.
Drawing on this understanding, in 2005, she established Well Written with the value proposition of ‘together we grow’.
For Liz, Well Written provides a vehicle to pursue her passion, make a contribution, and grow and build her skills. For her clients, this translates into the opportunity to maximise their impact, build their capacity, position for sustainable growth and retain staff.

With over 25 years’ experience, Liz has a hassle-free process that frees up her clients’ time, gets results and makes her easy and enjoyable to work with. She works collaboratively, contributes her enthusiasm and sense of humour, and values being an extension of her clients’ teams.

She constantly challenges herself, and those she’s working with, to think about ways to make operations simpler, more relevant, and more effective.
Passionate about learning and new ideas
A lifelong learner, Liz has a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma of Journalism and a Diploma in Professional Writing and Publishing. She recently completed the Neuroscience Coaching Network program, and is continuing to work with her colleagues on a research project.
Liz enjoys working on projects that build her knowledge and skills, and is constantly looking for new courses and PD opportunities.

Liz enjoys volunteering with boards and committees and supporting local community organisations.
When she finds herself at a rare loose end, you’ll find Liz reading, getting out into nature and walking the youngest member of the family. She is also a big fan of drinking tea (preferably brewed in a brightly coloured teapot)!
